Kirsti
Kirsti had been struggling to lose her baby weight after having her little boy Harrison in 2019. After trying and failing on her own for nearly 2 years, Kirsti joined EmPower in 2021 and lost over 4 stone! Kirsti has since gone on to have baby number 2 Sebastian and is back with us smashing her new goals.
Lynsey
Our client Lynsey has lost a whopping 3.5stone since the start of her Empower Journey. Lynsey is based in Yorkshire so has followed the programme remotely. Lynsey is always present in our group chats and on the Monday night zoom call inspriing others with her amazing results.
Mark
Mark started his journey with EmPower in January 2021. He has lost over 3 stone in weight!
Mark started running when he joined the programme and has since completed numerous races including Half Marathons and The Isles Ultramarathon across the Outer Hebrides in September 2022.
Lisa
Lisa joined the programme in September 2021. She lost an incredible 10kg. Lisa's transformation was so much more than just weight loss. Lisa's running has improved so much that she recently completed a half marathon in 1hr46mins taking an incredible 20 minutes off her time from before she started her journey! Wow!
